Date Cream Wrapped Crepe Recipe
Materials
2 eggs
2 cups of milk
2 cups flour
2-3 tablespoons of oil
As much Hurmatat date cream as you like for the crepe break
Preparation of
Break 2 Eggs into a bowl. Add 2 cups of milk and whisk.
Then add flour little by little and continue whisking. Obtain a fluid consistency crepe mixture.
After heating the pan on the stove, oil your pan.
With the help of a ladle, place your cream dough in the middle of the pan and move it slightly to obtain a round shape.
Cook your pancakes front and back.
Place the cooked pancakes on a plate.
Apply Hurmatat Date Cream on it with the help of a knife.
Then wrap it in a roll shape. Your date cream crepe wrap is ready!
