HOT HALVA DESSERT IN THE OVEN
Materials
250g Hurmatat plain date halva
1 tea glass of milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Half lemon zest
Hazelnuts or walnuts for optional garnish
Preparation of
Put 250g of Hurmatat plain date halva in a deep bowl and mash it with a fork.
Add 1 tea glass of cold milk to the crushed halva and continue crushing by mixing.
Then add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and grated lemon zest to add flavor.
Divide the fluid mixture into small casseroles equally, making sure they are not filled to capacity. (If you don't have a casserole dish, you can also make it in a baking tray)
Put the casseroles on a tray and add 2 glasses of water into the tray.
Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees until golden brown (approximately 15 minutes is enough to bake).
You can decorate with hazelnuts or walnuts after taking it out of the oven.
