Practical Baklava Recipe
Materials
1 pack of baklava yufka (40 sheets)
3 cups walnuts (ground)
1.5 cups of oil
1 cup butter (melted)

For the Sherbet
4 glasses of water
1.5 cups of date juice

How to make
For the syrup, we add water and date juice to a deep pot and boil it. After it boils, we squeeze a few drops of lemon into it and turn off the heat.
Place one sheet of baklava yufka at the bottom of the pan and brush the melted butter onto the yufka. Sprinkle the ground walnuts over the buttered yufka.
Repeat this process until you have 3 sheets of yufka left. The point you need to pay attention to here is to grease the last 3 sheets of yufka without putting walnuts in between.
Before putting your ready yufka in the oven, slice it in a tray and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. After the baklava you took out of the oven loses its initial heat,
Then pour the cold syrup over it and let it rest.
