2 cups semi-skimmed milk
1 cup oats
1 egg
A little baking powder
Hurmatat Date Puree Fruit of your choice

First, grind the oats into flour in a food processor, then mix all the ingredients. Cook your waffle dough in a waffle maker or crepe pan.
Spread date puree on top and decorate with fruit of your choice.
