Hurmatat.com. The most important issue for us is the safety of users. Therefore, payment information is checked as soon as the order is placed.

Therefore, before your order can be shipped, you must first receive an e-mail confirming your order.

Under normal circumstances, the purchases you make from Hurmatat.com will be delivered by CARGO to Ankara within the first 3 business days after the e-mail you receive, and to other provinces within 5 business days following the order date, provided that the bank confirmation of the order is received properly. When there is no add-on to our product prices for logistics activities, our cargo is sent to the buyer with payment.

Orders placed after 10:00 am on Fridays will be processed on Monday. Transactions are not made on holidays and public holidays.

Order deliveries

Orders placed within Ankara will be delivered within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) at the latest after receiving bank and financial approval, and orders placed outside Ankara will be delivered within 5 business days (Monday-Friday) at the latest.

Orders placed after 10:00 in the morning will be processed the next day.

Return conditions

If the customer is aggrieved due to problems caused by Hurmatat.com, he has the right to return the product within 7 days without paying shipping costs.

A product that cannot be returned within 7 days is considered approved and returns are not accepted.

If the customer is aggrieved due to problems not caused by Hurmatat.com, he has the right to return the product within 7 days, paying only the shipping cost.

If the product's box, bag or packaging is lost or deformed, the product cannot be returned.
