Date Tel Kadayıf Recipe
Materials
Half kg of wire kadayıf
3 tablespoons butter, kept at room temperature
Hurmatat 72 brix date filling
1 glass of Hurmatat date juice
1 glass of water
Juice of half a lemon

Preparation of
For the sherbet, put 1 glass of water and date juice in a pot.
When it starts to boil, add lemon juice, remove it from the stove after 1 minute and let it cool.
Take the amount of Hurmatat 72 Brix Date Filling you will use into a bowl.
Crumble the kadayıf into small pieces in your palm. Add the butter and rub it with the kadayif.
Put a few pinches of kadayif in a coffee cup and press it. Then, place date puree in the middle with the help of a spoon.
Add kadayıf again and press it with your hand. Turn the cup upside down on a greased baking tray.
Prepare all the remaining kadayıf in the same way and place it frequently on the tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until it is well browned.
Take it out of the oven and pour the cold syrup over it. Serve the kadayif sherbet.
