DESSERT RECIPE WITH TAHIN AND DATE MOLAS
MATERIALS
125 grams of margarine
1 tea glass of tahini
1 teacup of oil
1 tea glass of yoghurt
1 packet of baking powder
11 tablespoons of flour
For the sherbet;
3 cups Hurmatat date juice
3.5 glasses of water
1 tea glass of date molasses
3-4 drops of lemon juice
PREPARATION OF
For our dessert, we first prepare our sherbet. We put 3.5 cups of water and 3 cups of Hurmatat date juice into the pot and boil it until it reaches the consistency of sherbet.
We add lemon juice and let it cool.
To prepare the dough;
Add margarine, tahini, oil and yoghurt into a deep bowl and mix.
We add flour and baking powder and knead.
We make a soft dough that does not stick to the hand. You can add the amount of flour little by little and adjust it yourself.
We take small pieces and shape them into rolls on the board.
We cut it into slices and place them on the tray.
We shape it with a fork.
We bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until it turns golden brown.
Add 1 tea glass of Hurmatat date molasses into the cooled sherbet and mix.
We pour cold sherbet over the hot dessert. Our delicious dessert is ready.
