MATERIALS
For Hintpare sherbet;
3 glasses of water
3-4 drops of lemon juice

For the dough;
125 g melted butter
1 teacup of oil
1 tea glass of milk
1 packet of vanilla
1 tea glass of coconut
2 tablespoons semolina
1 packet of baking powder
2.5 cups of flour

For the above
Egg yolk

PREPARATION OF
For the sherbet;
Let's put 2.5 cups of Hurmatat date juice and 3 cups of water into the pot and let it boil.
Let's add 3-4 drops of lemon juice and boil for another 5 minutes.
Then let's leave it to cool.


For the dough;
Let's put 125g of melted butter, 1 tea glass of oil, 1 tea glass of milk, 1 pack of vanilla, 1 tea glass of coconut and 2 tablespoons of semolina into the kneading bowl and whisk.
Let's get a soft dough by slowly adding 1 pack of baking powder and about 2.5 cups of flour.
Let's take walnut-sized pieces from our dough, roll them in the palm of our hands and shape them into ovals.
Let's place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Let's spread egg yolk on our desserts and shape them with the help of a fork.
Let's bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 20-25 minutes.
Let's add the cooled sherbet onto our first hot dessert.
Let's serve our sherbet-soaked desserts by decorating them as we wish.
