Practical Baklava Recipe

Materials
1 pack of phyllo dough for baklava (40 sheets)
3 cups walnuts (ground)
1.5 cups of oil
1 cup butter (melted)
For the Sherbet
4 glasses of water
1.5 cups of date juice
Fabrication
For the sherbet, add water and date juice to a deep pot and boil. After it boils, we squeeze a few drops of lemon into it and turn off the heat.
Place a baklava phyllo at the bottom of the tray and apply the melted butter to the phyllo using a brush. Sprinkle the ground walnuts on your buttered dough.
Repeat this process until you have 3 sheets of dough left. The point you need to pay attention to here is that you should oil the last 3 sheets of dough without putting walnuts in between.
Before putting your ready dough in the oven, slice it on a tray and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. After the first heat of the baklava you take out of the oven is gone,
Then pour the cold sherbet over it and leave it to rest.
