It has no added sugar. There is zero risk of foreign matter in date fillings, which are produced by removing the seeds, peeling the shells, and pasteurizing them in the evaporator after detailed cleaning processes.
It is used as a filling in cakes as well as in the production of products such as muesli, energy, protein and fruit bars.
After the shell and seed of the date are removed, they are pasteurized in the steam environment. Date filling is used as a filling ingredient in cakes, cookies, pastries, biscuits and other bakery products. In pastry, it is used as date filling in cookies, in biscuits, instead of filling and cream, and in making Turkish delight.
